			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3><span style="color: #999999;">Girls with Goals Alliance is celebrating National Mentoring Month with its second OPPORTUNI-TEA awards and recognition luncheon to be held Saturday, January 26, 2013, 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm at  the Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel &amp; Conference Center, Portsmouth, VA 23704.</span></h3>
<p>Occasional Pearl Events will support Girls With Goals Alliance at the &#8220;Opportuni-Tea&#8221; by providing event decor!</p>
<p>We will &#8220;WOW&#8221; the guests with our Winter Wonderland event design concept! And of course, how can there be a &#8220;Tea&#8221; without Teapots! We&#8217;ve gathered a beautiful collection of vintage teapots to enhance guest tables for the fabulous event! </p>
